Appointment Policy

To better fulfil our goal of on-time service Dr. Hall
has instituted the following policy in regards to appointments:
Dr. Hall Appointment Policy
When you make an appointment,
we have reserved that time with our dentist or hygienist especially for you.
We will attempt to reach you the day before, to confirm your appointment.
As you are most likely aware, there is a great demand for Dentist time which sometimes results in other patients
needing to wait for an appointment.
It is also true that some patients do not give us adequate notice that they will
not be keeping their scheduled appointment. This results in lost appointment times that could have been used by other
patients.
We would therefore request that if you cannot attend your appointment, please call Dr. Hall's during regular
office hours AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE to cancel.
Dr. Hall understands that occasionally an emergency may occur that
would prohibit you from giving 24 hour notice. In such a case please call the office as early as possible and relay the nature
of the emergency to the Appointment Co-ordination Administrator.
A patient whom is more than 15
minutes late for their appointment will be considered a failed appointment and may not be seen for their appointment.
